If anyone finds this useful here is a working script of the newly implemented Yahoo OAuth, instructions included in the file, basically you just need to get a free api key and secret and insert your WOEID.

Very often it returns 0, unfortunately that is probably due to some problems with Yahoo servers. Eventually it will return the result.. I guess this is the best we can do now.
