All-Tropics HAniS Loops Updated

Thanks to Bob for alerting me to the changed path for the Japanese satellites used in the All Tropics HAniS loops.  Updated scripts versioned 20151214 for 'wxus-alltropicloops-h5.php' and 'inc-show-region-h5-tropic.php' are available on my site.
