They did that years ago. I am glad that piece of junk IBM Thinkpad is called a Lenovo and owned and made by China.

They're selling off the dogs and keeping the cash cows. I suspect WU will stay with IBM as part of the cloud strategy.

Oh, I think this pretty much wipes WunderWeenies... not that that is any great loss any longer... sentimentatility and good memories of the 'way it was' not withstanding... this is "the Final Countdown" for the WU pioneering 'citizen science' platform, if you will.... damn shame... find other avenues, folks.

Ginni Rometty has had this as her holy grail since she got there.  They've been shedding core businesses...the ones which make them the most money...while chasing the "cloud" for years now.

IBM has been dissolving WU into TWC for awhile and I expect it will only exist as a couple of legacy, rebranded web pages soon.

Seriously, the only thing, the one and only thing left on WU is Rapid Fire. For me the first thing was the Flash Widget demise.
