TBH I think I would talk to Davis support. Explain the symptoms, tell them you are using Starlink and see if they are aware of any issue.

What you're seeing is definitely abnormal behaviour for weatherlink.com and cannot be explained AFAIK by any of the usual reasons. Maybe they will be able to spot something at their end with the extra monitoring they have available?

I got it figured out. It was a utility at the system level messing up WealtherLink, our solar monitoring, and a few other things. Because at the system level it screwed with the browsers, etc. A removal and install fixed everything. It was triggered by a Chrome update and reboot but I can't verify that.

It gets more and more complex.
