413MHZ or 2.4MHZ?

Can anybody tell if this is the older UHF model or the newer 2.4GHz? It's at a nearby ski resort and I want to see if I can receive anything on my SDR. Any spread spectrum info on these units would be helpful too.

My guess, is it's the newer long range model.  They haven't made the older version for some time.
