Just an idea, but if you download my VirtualVP
http://www.softwx.com program, install it, and then configure it and have it connect to your console, the first thing it does is download the entire data logger archive contents and store them in a file. Once it's done that, you can exit it and uninstall if you want. But in the folder you'll find the file it made of the archive. It's called archive.dat or something like that. If you then email me the file (support at softwx.com) I can view the contents (I have a utility that reads the file and formats the contents into something readable) and tell you if there's something goofy (or anything at all) in your data logger archive contents.
VirtualVP has a 30 day trial, so you can run this test without registering it. Also, since you won't be actually using VirtualVP for what it's intended to do, you don't need to download and install the N8VBvCOM driver. Just make sure that WeatherLink isn't running when you run VirtualVP.
I'm not aware of another way to easily view the actual data logger archive contents.
From your description, it sounds like the console data logger archive might have some bad data in it.
