Title: Cannot find downloaded data
Post by: schtaaf on September 16, 2021, 11:42:13 AM
I seem to have messed up my Weatherlink database in a way that the PC keeps downloading data from my VP2, but I cannot locate where the data is stored!  It keeps on posting data to the web, but I get no history.

Browsing the database results in no records.  When browsing my data via Windows Explorer I can see the (seemingly) correct .WLK-file.  I can make historical plots so something is correct, I have got data from 1997.

I think (hope) that I have screwed up on of the config-files, but I cannot find which.  Can anybody help?

I had the same problem with an old Weather Monitor II running weather link software. Apparently the software only was able to save 25 years of weather data. In order to continue to use the the software to download and store  new data I had to archive any .mtw and/or .wlk data files that predated 25 years by putting them in a separate file in the weather link file.
