Cron Job
« on: November 05, 2019, 08:56:28 AM »
Hi,

pennlake.us

Is there a way to tell if a cron job is set up and running correctly on my hosts server. I have 10 locations (counties) surrounding me that I use for nws-alerts.php script. I know yers ago I tried to set this up but i could not get it right so i gave it to my host, they set it up and said it was good now. Just wondering if there was anyway to check ansd make sure it is working??

Here ispart of what they set up php/home/xxxx/pennlake.us/nws-alerts.php >/dev/null 2>&1

Thaks for any help,

yamiacaveman

If I'm understanding your question correctly that you only want to know if it's running then looking at your warnings page the "last updated at" time looks like it is. If you run the job yourself http://www.pennlake.us/nws-alerts.php then view the page source you can see all the details. http://view-source:www.pennlake.us/nws-alerts.php

Hope this helps, Doug
