Topic: current conditions

hello,
my current conditions are showing "dry, night time".
it is 5:30 in the afternoon.
the conditions do not change.
i am getting kpdx metar each hour with no problem.
i have rechecked wd setup to ensure "use metar for current conditions"
testtags indicate "clear"
is there something i am missing?
