WU not updating via WD

I’m running a Davis VUE using WD to upload to WU. Station ID is KOHMASSI85. I have a green light for internet and for Rapid Fire. Rapid Fire is set for 15 seconds as a test. I’ve also double checked the WU Key. When I hit the test button it updates WU.
Any advice would be appreciated.
