Finally settled on a CAM setup and software.  Using fwink, with a vbs script that also sends the image to wunderground, thus I can use their time lapse services.;)  I know it's not like some of the big fancy remote controlled ones that you guys got, but it cost nothing at this point.  Well except for the mental frustration to get it to work.

Perhapse a power station. Or if he's close to Covengton it could be the paper mill.

That is the steam coming off of the Soy Milk processing factory down about a mile from me.  Sometimes in my area it can be a real challange to "find fresh air".
