Is it just my webcam that won't update?

Out of curiosity, are you using FTP or URL?
If it's not a Boerboel it's just a dog.

Are you using "webcam.wunderground.com" or 52.36.136.128 for the target address?  The IP address has been working very reliably, for me, for over a month.  The URL was spotty at best.
If it's not a Boerboel it's just a dog.

webcam.wunderground.com...do I need to just input the address 52.36.136.128  instead...if so, I'll give it a try?

Okay, I have it saying success now with the new address (I forgot the ftp://)

Since I've entered the new address 52.36.136.128...my camera says "offline" now. It's been almost 8 hours since I changed it.. Guess I'll have to wait it out !

Yes.  Just open a command, DOS, prompt and type FTP 52.36.136.128  You should get a login prompt.  Enter your camera name exactly as it appears in your devices, then enter the password at the password prompt.  This will verify your credentials are correct.
