You can see Atlas's thermometer connection under the panel, too ?is it affected by rain?

Is this what you are referring to inside the pagoda?

That socket plugs into a jumper that runs to the circuit board in the electronics bay.

That socket is there so that you can easily service or replace the temp/humidity module if needed.

I don't have a picture of the jumper connection, but here is where it ultimately ends up in the electronics bay.  It's the connection labeled "TEMP."

Under padoga socket it looks wet from the rain

I doubt that will be any issue. 

The plastic connectors cover and separate the conductors pretty well.
