Help with weather34 - Home Weather Station
« on: January 10, 2021, 10:41:00 AM »
I had a meteobridge pro failure recently with my Davis Vantage Pro2 system and the result was that I lost my settings for HWS.  My version of HWS is probably quite old but it has worked well for me (see attachment).  Meteobridge asked for an API URL but I cannot remember what goes here.  On my website I have a root folder called MBSMART and inside this I have a mbridge folder with a file mb.php
I had assumed that the API URL entry should be www.bobhewitt.co.uk/MBSMART/mbridge/mb.php but no joy here so that must be wrong as I receive the path error window (twice).  My website is based around meteotemplate with a HWS link in the menu.  Any suggestions would be most welcome.

Just an update on my HWS weather34 issue.  I am now receiving data into HWS but I am still seeing annoying two white squares.

good morning

the template is out of date unfortunately the weather34 API was updated a while ago , this may be causing you the issue of Nag screen as the string is no longer present. 3 ways to resolve
1.send me your livedata.php file via email !!  I can simply edit it to remove the nag screen.
2.send me your FTP details I can edit the file directly and remove other areas where nag screen may appear.
3.install latest version of  template https://weather34.com/homeweatherstation/ which is you send FTP login in details I can upgrade it in a matter of minutes safely preserving your history data .

ps I dont come on this forum much better to find me over at if you want reasonably quick responses
