Best IOS / WatchOS app

I want to say Carrot, but have had such trouble getting reliable PWS data on my Apple Watch.   Weathermate gives me very reliable temperatures on both watch complications and watch app.  Unfortunately, at this time, they do not get the dewpoint from the PWS and instead use a composite number.

Does Dark Sky allow you to get current conditions from your PWS?
