Topic: Windrose arrow missing

I have updated my template https://saratoga-weather.org. but after the windrose arrow is missing why ?
The filename of thewindrose graphic is "wr-dk-sw.png, but maybe I need to change it to "dirplot.gif" but there and will i help with the problem ?

I don't use WD but looking at both URL's they look identical with the little wind graph at the top centre and direction arrow moving about.  They are both the same and look complete.  The only difference is that the old has a warning message:
