I am setting up my meteobridge, and I want to make sure the station altitude setting is correct.  Is this just feet above earth (10 feet from the ground) or should i add the station height above sea level?

Yes, please configure your weather station console to the right altitude above sea level and also the Meteobridge settings.
Meteobridge then should compute sea level baro values according to your altitude. In most cases having done that no further manual adjustment of the pressure is necessary (or just a minor tweaking as pressure sensors have tendency to drift a bit from model to model).
