Rain Graph Seems Wrong
« on: August 19, 2021, 01:43:12 PM »
Question: What would make the graph appear this way instead fo the stairstep I'm used to seeing? Why is there a dip between 2 and 5am?

We got ~2 inches before midnight and I assume it reset. Then another couple storm came through in early morning hours. Typically,

If I get 0.1" rain, the graph will hover at that level unless:
1) We get more rain, in which case it will stairstep as rain increases,
2) midnight reset happens

So I don't get why my sensor went from having .21" rain, then nothing, then .17" of rain in a day in the period of 6 or so hours after midnight.

I have never seen this.  That is bizarre. I'd contact Acurite support and get an RMA and replace your unit.
