Topic: WINDY.COM Trouble setting up

Greetings
I have built a homebrew weather station using Arduino/esp8266 . My data is being reported  to the other sites ( WeatherUnderground,  Thingspeak,  PSWWeather etc. I cannot get my data to register on there site at all all I get is a error. I've contacted them and their response was so confusing I'm at a loss. Any of you experts ever set this up and could provide any ideas tips ( they windy reply said my spi key should by 32 characters long mine is 122).
