Title: Wondering about Rainwise products / service.
Post by: ajay on June 30, 2021, 12:13:50 PM
Based on other comments from this forum, it appears Rainwise has been "moving" for at least 6 weeks now. I have been able to get someone to pick up the phone there (Eric) but I find it strange that it's been taking this long to move to PA from ME.

I have replacement parts on order for the MKIII. Hopefully they will ship soon.

I find this "move" problem kinda ridiculous. Any credible company would have a plan in place to move within 1 week at the most. Very unprofessional. I hope Nielsen Kellerman (who now owns them) will straighten things out.

Ryan at Scaled Instruments carries Rainwise products now. I've already purchased a RAINEW through him.

I did receive my replacement parts so maybe things are getting back to normal? Hopefully that is the case.
