My records for barometric pressure only go back 15 years, but this morning Cumulus told me I had a new record. The Altimeter pressure hit a low of 29.124 inches at 7:54 this morning. It is up to 29.174 now. It has been snowing since 3:45 this morning. At 7 am, when I took my CoCo readings, snow board was at 0.7" and Davis rain collector w/heater read 0.05" of rain. Haven't ventured out to check snow board, but Davis is currently reading 0.48" of rain for the day.
Hey Randy, if you get your waders on to go check the "Rain Stake", could you tell me how far it is from the 3 Ft reading to the top point on the snowflake?
If it doesn't quit snowing soon, I am going to lose my Snow Stake.
Mark
