I don't use Cumulus, but for my Webcam I use IPTimelapse (https://iptimelapse.com/). I provided a full account of how I set up my webcam in this post: https://www.wxforum.net/index.php?topic=43546.msg451677#msg451677. The only thing IPTimelapse uses as far as my weather information is the clientraw.txt file from Weather Display to show the weather observation at the bottom of the image. It can also use WU data and I think a METAR.

It looks good, but 129.00 us dollars is a bit much for me

Thanks for the suggestion though

I have both IPTimeLapse and Blue Iris. I use Blue Iris for all my webcam streaming. It's only $34.95 for the one camera version or $69.95 for up to 64 cameras. https://blueirissoftware.com/#purchase

I don't use Cumulus either, but I use iSpy freeware that I see is now "deprecated"

I sample at 1 fps to keep down CPU usage and upload an image every minute.

Wow, IPTimelapse was only $79 when I bought it in February! That's quite the jump in just 7 months.
