Well, when you can't improve, it doesn't pay to fret about it.
With all the so called Telco Broadband Stimulus money that was available you would think that they would concentrate
on rural areas with less or no broadband coverage! Instead the ones that took advantage of that are reluctant to say what they actually did with the money
I have access to much faster service here than what I have now but it comes with a price and too many strings attached.
I do wish they would place a DSLAM in my back yard so I could do better than 3 meg down and 650 up but alas another pipe dream! I am Thankful that the reliability factor of what I currently have has actually improved greatly!! To begin with 2 tin cans and some good quality string could have beaten the pants off of it's reliability!
Hopefully someday the cable folks will build plant out your way or the local telco will and you can get better service! But actually you are to be commended for getting the most out of whats available in your area
