in US it's sold by Ambient Weather. The product is WS-5000-ARRAY by this thread in here.

If I looked right at their shop it's this one: https://ambientweather.com/amwewsreulan.html

Well, as I live in Finland where winter & snow is a common state, I now finally, after long consideration and drooling after WS80, decided that as Ecowitt solution with WS80 (pacake: HP2553 340USD + heater EC0002 51USD) is 100 USD more expensive than a solution with WS68 (package: HP3501 290 USD) - I'm going with the traditional wins wane and -cups solution.  (Also I would have trouble in getting the heater cable from electrical output to WS 80)

Now just waiting for Ecowitt to get all my products (868Mhz) in stock before I place my order...
Ecowitt:
  • GW1102 Wi-Fi Weather Station with Solar Powered Wireless Anemometer, UV & Light Sensor, Self-Emptying Rain Collector
    • GW1100 Ecowitt Wireless Weather Station Gateway
    • WS68 Wireless Solar Powered Anemometer with Light & UV Sensor

  • WH51 Wireless Soil Moisture Sensor
  • WH45 Indoor CO2 PM2.5 PM10 Temperature and Humidity 5-in-1 Air Quality Sensor
  • WH57 Outdoor Wireless Lightning Detection Sens

A WS80 wouldn't be received and processed by an Ambient console (but by a GW1000/GW1100 it would).
A GW1100/GW1000 would receive and process the WS80 and an Ambient WS-5000 ULTRASONIC array.

Ambient have a contract with Fine Offset that binds Fine Offset and its retail arm Ecowitt to exclusively sell the WS80 with Ambient adapted firmware to Ambient as their WS-5000 ULTRASONIC.
Or, in other words, Ambient are ("is" for Americans  ;)) the exclusive vendor for the WS80 product in the U.S.

If you want to get a WS80 with Ecowitt firmware and the inbuilt heater (plus the respective power supply with the 10 or 20 m cable) into the U.S., you need to get it delivered to a country outside the U.S. and pick it up (or get it forwarded from) there (friends, colleagues, family, ...)
e.g. Canada, Mexico.
