Any experiences with a WeatherLinkPC download error from WeatherLink.com using the Web Download (Device ID & Password/Key)? Error message is

Invalid Account Information - Please Check User ID and Password in Communication Settings

Definitely nothing wrong with the DID & Password as data upload and Weatherlink.com Bulletin/Summary and embedded URLs work perfectly, just doesn't want to download the WeatherLink.com archive? Local link between PC and Logger works fine, WeatherLink.com uploads/updates work fine, download flags DID/Password as Invalid but if the DID/Password was Invalid then one would expect no upload either?
