Temperature and humidity display on Windows Tray/taskbar, possible?

I have my own personal weather station. I'm using weewx software, Ubuntu, for web console. I can get the same temp/humidity values from my own Mqtt broker. Is there any way to display my outside temperature/humidity on my Win 10 task bar?
