Topic: GoDaddy Hosting Usage Question

Hi,

I don't often go into cPanel and have a look around on Go Daddy, however, I found I had a message saying that I had my resources limited for my site as the I/O of 1024 had been exceeded, I've attached the graph, can anyone explain in total layman's terms what that means and how I can fix it ?

The other thing I noticed was a tremendous number of downloads from establishedstudio.com, I have blocked the ip now. anyone else had experience with this .com?
