Title: Soldering iron recomendation.
Post by: G.Brown on November 17, 2022, 09:01:49 AM
Hi - I've been using gas soldiering irons for years but seem to go faulty possibly because I have used plain cigarette lighter gas? same problem with my Weller top of the range ones....end up with no temperature regulation - just far too hot....and useless.
So Im thinking of switching to an electric one and dont really want to pay 'Weller' prices.
Any recommendations would be appreciated, I dont need the other accessories in a kit.
Thanks.
