Title: South Alabama Lightning Storm
Post by: Intheswamp on October 07, 2020, 07:03:44 PM
Here's a few shots I took of the last thunderstorm that passed through (there's a couple more in the Flickr album).  It looks like the subforum has been kind of slow so I thought I'd throw them in here.  Nothing great but I'm learning.   Of course we've moved into a slow time of the year for lightning storms but maybe by the spring and summer I'll be better prepared.

Meh, we had a couple of storms to blow through this afternoon so I raced out to the hayfield across the road from the house.  Lots of rain, and though the lightning tracker said lightning was coming it passed to the east and hid behind the rain.  So, all I got was a shot of the clearing west horizon...
