I can't figure  out why my browser window is so small?

Ya think there might be one too many add-ons running?  I have seen things like this in my computer repairs.

Oh, I thought that was a new weather station design.  Clutter with everything you never thought that someone may need someday.

Nothing that a bigger monitor won't fix. 42" perhaps?

   I don't have half that much stuff and I keep getting a pop-up window that says speed up your computer by disabling add-ons.  Do you get that one?

   I don't have FF.  I have IE9
