Meteo-Pi Ethernet Logger output to WeeWX
« on: February 07, 2022, 09:44:26 PM »
I'm loving my Ethernet Logger.

While its default data outputs are fewer than the Metro-Pi Logger, I'm keen to resume my uploads to other WX sites.

Is there a way to get data from my EL into WeeWX (preferred), or other software?

Thanks!

Ethernet Logger is working the same way like original WeatherLink IP. I have add RapidFire and HTML page with current weather data, but idea was to make something similar to WL IP.
You can take control over the console by external software like WEEWX using connection on port TCP 22222.
If WEEWX could release port 22222 from time to time, then EL could send own exports, like WL.COM, or WU.

Huge Thanks, Wojtek.

So far, so good!

Now off to WeeWX area for configuring.
