I have my Vantage Pro2 with wifilogger working in my backyard as a temporary location. So at this point I am playing with it and fine tuning. I have uploads going to WU, PWS, and Weathercloud.
I have my WU interval set to 1min and rapis fire set to 10sec. How can i tell if those setting are actually working? The table view of data shows 5minute intervals.
here is the link to this station.

Note that although I have the location set as its final location a few weeks from now, it is actually in my backyard in California so the temperatures look too low for the map location.
I did some Google searching about rapidfire and only found some old or dead links.
WiFiLogger is trying to keep time and sync it with NTP server. (WFL is downloding time from the Internet).
All computers in the Internet are downloading time from the Internet(NTP). Sometimes is works better, then little worse.
In general your Windows could have last NTP sync 2 weeks ago and your system clock is not precise.
WiFiLogger can also have issue with NTP syns from time to time.
WU shows you time difference between last weather data sample time and your system time. (Web browser know your system time.)
If you like better precision of the last update in WU, then please check if WiFilogger has fresh sync of NTP in SETUP-> NETWORK INFO
And please make NTP sync in your computer.
When you sync those two clocks with NTP (Time from the Internet). Then it should display proper value.
