Title: Which sites share with NOAA

I've just had my weather station a few days, and so far I have successfully linked with pwsweather and weathercloud; so far no luck with weather underground. My question is: do all these sites share with NOAA?

I've been trying to get on this site, but I can't figure out the instructions. I also found that one of the links isn't working. I'll keep trying, thanks.
