There is a tool at instantweatherstation.com to keep the weather tool working. This is what one of the posts there says...
Logia 5 in 1 Installation in Texas
I have a Logia 5 in 1 personal weather station, which was set up in November 2020. I discovered that the Weather Tool would crash when my Internet was disrupted or when Weather Underground sometimes got a brief overload. Every now and then in Texas a thunderstorm will cause a lightning strike and the power might flicker or be down for a few minutes or an hour or two. When the PC was restarted, I had to start the Weather Tool. Sometimes I would see an error message on the PC display and the observations uploads frozen. I would have to dismiss the error message box, and start the Weather Tool, switch to the tab for uploads and start observation uploads.
Today I have Weather Tool Watcher. If the error message pops up, the watcher clears it, waits a second, starts the weather tool again, switches to the upload tab, and starts the observation uploads all automatically. This only takes a few seconds, and my observation data is very complete.
I also added the Weather Tool Watcher to the Windows 10 startup menu, so that Weather Tool Watcher starts when I power the PC back up after a power outage, and the Watcher gets the observation going again in an instant. The Weather Tool headaches are over today.
