Topic: GoDaddy and FTP AGAIN?

Anyone else on GoDaddy having issues keeping their WD Site Realtime FTP up to date?

Everything else is updating as it whould, WD is running fine, but my clientraw.txt thats getting FTP'ed every 30 seconds
keeps dying out. This has happened before and resolved on its own and I know other have experienced this issue.

Anyone else with the same problem?

mine seems to be working. I am thinking of moving mine soon to a new company. (cheaper site)

Yep, mine site is also lagging Clientraw uploads, not sure what’s going on but go daddy service is not right.

I wish I had the knowledge to move my site and the inevitable putting right that would involve 😕

How long before yours stalled out if I can ask?

Seems like mine goes for about 30 minutes or so before I have to manually reset the FTP program.

I use meteobridge and the log shows it sends ok but times out at go daddies end, I just checked now and my clientraw has stalled, typically I send data every 10 seconds, it is now over 2 minutes and it is still not accepting ftp.

It does sort itself out with no intervention from myself, it’s as though it has become very sluggish at GD.
