WU Won't Accept Camera Address

I am trying to connect my camera to Weather Underground using the URL.  But when I enter my jpg file name from the camera (http://golfcasa.asuscomm.com:26064/snap.jpg) I get the error message "required URL must be valid and end with .jpg".  It is certainly valid (give it a try) and it certainly ends in .jpg.  What's happening?

perhaps it doesn't allow port specification?

My webcam disappeared on Oct 16th after being online straight through all the mess over the past 2 years.
