About a week ago, we started to disable those channels which unknown or no amplifiers, because their signals will be ignored on the server anyway.

and other hints being dropped throughout BT forum, and elsewhere...

VERY IMPORTANT: GET YOUR STATION INFO CORRECT and ENTERED PROPERLY
on your "SERVICES" tab 'user data' page on Blitzortung!
Location ("KY State Univ" is a lousy location... What city?")
ANTENNA TYPES AND SIZES etc... Follow exactly the instructions and examples in the 'mouseover' or 'hover' 'tooltips'.
Dimensions -- length and diameter of ferritesn and E probe is crucial... for example.  use "mm"...
VERY IMPORTANT... MUST have, especially in the future,  a valid, current EMAIL address!
So also update, or enter, the correct information!

We've hinted at this many times over the last year!
Make sure you begin to take steps to 'optimize' !

I went to the BO site today and checked my info, tried to input the diameters but couldn't get the info to take.  Finally realized I was trying to use a decimal point as a separator between the lengths and diameters when it is looking for a comma so for those who need to do this keep that in mind (my eyes are terrible so hopefully I'm the only one who suffers that mix-up).

On a related note it is nice to see all of the region 3 stations lighting up the storms down in Mexico and the eastern Pacific!  Can't wait for the spring/summer storm season to get rolling here in the U.S.
