TWI WPS-10 Schematic?

Hey All,

I know this is a long shot, I've had my TWI WPS-10 running happily for many years now and, well, there's something amiss in the WPS-10 and I can't seem to figure it out.
I can no longer get any serial data out of it. The front power light is on and the hearbeat light on the back of the unit flashes but, I can't get any serial communication with it.

As far as I can tell, the max232 feeds into the microprocessor but, that's where I get lost.

Would anyone happen to have either the schematic for the WPS-10 or a Service Manual for them, if one exists?

It would be greatly appreciated!!! I'm not quite ready to research a new weather station yet after having this one work for sooo many years. I suspect there's one component that's gone a little wonky that I may be able to replace and get it back alive!

Again, any help would be greatly appreciated!!
