I've been trying to reset my password for over a week now.  I keep getting the message...Sorry, it looks we're having temporary problems. Please try again later.

That's what I've been getting since last summer whenever the email showed to change password.  Whenever I go to the change password page the bottom has the text "Invalid link".  I sent a support request last week and so far, crickets.  The site still accepts my rapid fire uploads from WeeWX, so I really don't care all that much.

My issue has been resolved.  Apparently my text email client was losing part of the link and that is what the Web page was trying to tell me.  I "bounced" the message to my GMail account and it worked perfectly and I am able to log into my account.
