Topic: WU communication frustrations

Have been losing communications with WU randomly.  Have gone through the ambientweather.wikispaces.com checklist for updating problems several times.

Have tried approaching the problem from several different approaches but no luck.  Just noticed that I now have a recurring message in the lower left hand corner of the screen that reads "Transferring data from stationdata.wunderground.com"  This has been going on for sometime now.

I am on DSL 24/7 and have no other computer problems going on.

Any help would be appreciated

99.9% of the time, the cause of the problem is WU itself. Nothing VWS can do about that. Just give them a few days to get their act together and correct their problems. Things will correct itself on your side.

Thanks for the input.  I didn't think it was anything I had changed, but I have a tendency to spend too much time trying figure out what is going wrong.
