Streaming issue with IPTimelapse and Reolink

Today I replaced my Reolink RLC-510A with a Reolink RLC-810A because the 510A is a 4MP camera with a 4:3 aspect ratio while the 810A is a 4K camera with a 16:9 aspect ratio.

When I set up the 810A in IPTimelapse, all is good except it won't stream. Has anyone else run into this issue with a 4K Reolink camera with IPTimelapse and more importantly any suggestions for a solution? The only thing I changed in the Streaming tab is the IP address of the new camera.
