Station Dashboard My devices

For some reason when selecting my devices under profile I get a "no devices to show", this just started after my station has been online for about 2 weeks without any issues.  It is appearing on the map and reporting and I can view my dashboard web page KAKKENAI57. WU does not seem to be answering any emails from the contact us page. Is there any valid email address that they answer from? :?:

Yes, I am receiving the same message as well.  My two weather stations are working fine, but dashboard says 'No Devices'.  Also, my webcams have been OFFLINE for a couple months now. WU seems to be playing games with the site again.  Good luck on receiving a response back from WU support.  :grin:, Because support does not exist, and if you are lucky you will receive a form email stating they they have limited support.

This AM "My devices" returned and gold star appeared as well. What ever........

Yep, same with me.  Victoria from WU support actually responded back to me and said they resolved the issue.
