Title: WU does not respond to my direct emails to 'help' or using the contact page

WU does not respond to my direct emails to 'help'  or using the contact page and hitting submit
This has been going on now for months.
WU does not recognize my email,   i've been a 'member'  for many many years,   i have not deleted or changed my acct with them.

Does anybody have a better contact email or phone number   [lol]

I used to communicate with Victoria at Victoria.Gardner@ibm.com Not sure she's still around but you might give it a try.

I received an email from Victoria on the 29th September in response to a query about the Android app. address I used was support@wunderground.com
