Wanting to load Cumulus and needing support I tried to create a account but don't receive the activation email. It's not in spam or anywhere. Tried to resend with no success.

I used a different username. Countsweather Should I use Billyram to keep things the same?

Personal choice for sure but I use a consistent username across all boards. Sometimes different topics can tie together.

When Water01 comes back on I'll get him to change my user name to Billyram to keep things simple in these two forums.

Hello Billyram Countsweather I am afraid the Username on our website is a primary key on the database so changes to Usernames are no allowed.

The only way to do this would be to delete Countsweather and re-register as Billyram, but that is your choice as there is no need in my opinion to have the same UserName unless it is important to you.

We'll keep it Countsweather. I just need to get the activation email.

I'm getting the message "specified username is currently inactive"

OK not sure what is going on but I have deactivated and activated it again so you should be able to login.

Thank you Water01! I'm now logged in. Now I can get support installing CumulusMX

If you have installed and have a problem please do not forget to provide us with a MXDiags .txt file which should point us at any problems. You may be asked to put Debugging and Data logging on if something is not obvious. Please do not pick bits out the files the whole file is the better option.

Could the problem be a mistake in your email used to register ? It is wcounts4@att.net. If this is the problem please alter this in your User Control Panel.
