I believe the software is Davis WeatherLink.
I do not know how the Davis Tech support team checked their side of the equation. All I know is that I as put on hold for about 5 to 10 minutes while they checked. As I mentioned, they said that the data was being sent.

The CWOP I/D number GW5475 is correct.
I did follow the instructions as you had listed.
According to the CWOP email, after I loaded the CWOP I/D number into WeatherLink, I was instructed to go to "
http://www.findu.com/cgi-bin/near.cgi?call=GW5475" to see if it is working. If it is not working, then I was to get on a discussion group to find out what I need to do.
It looks like I may need to start over again and request a new CWOP I/D number, unless someone has seen this problem before and knows how to fix it.
Thank y'all for your help.
