Title: Saratoga Template - get-aqi-rss.php Error

Hi Folks,

I got up this morning to an error on my site.  I haven't made any changes in quite a while.  I'm running php 7.x which hasn't changed.

$realIndex1 = trim(strip_tags($r3[1]));
$realValue1 = trim(strip_tags($r3[2]));
$realMeasure1 = trim(strip_tags($r3[3]));

Doesn't seem to be happening right now on your site.  My guess is that it was a transient data error in RSS XML from the data source.
