WeeWX 5.1.0 and Meteo-Pi-Ethernet Logger: posting to other sites failed

My MPiE is working perfectly as advertised  [tup] (has done for coming up three years), sending to CWOP, WL, WOW and WU directly.

WeeWx (4.9.1)  running perfectly. I was outputting data to AWEKAS, OpenWeatherMap, PWS Weather, WeatherCloud, Windy and Windfinder.

I got a Pi 5 and installed WeeWX 5.1.0 and haven't been able to resume outputs to the non-MPiE sites.

I want to continue using Weewx to post to the weather sites other than WL, WU, WOW and CWOP. (Previous misunderstanding of MPiE direct-to-web).

My weewx.conf  is throwing socket errors on port 22222 because I'm using  ethernet  in the [Vantage] connection type and the MPiE IP address  in host = _________
 
How do I configure weewx.conf  connection type to resume posting to the other posts, please?
