Do you have a VPN? No idea whether it would help or not, but for the last couple of months I've been unable to see YouTube without signing in to an account I don't have, when I never used to have to do that. So, I finally got smart and switched to a Mexico City ISP, and now I can see it fine. All I got.  :-|

managed to get viewing it via Opera Broswer and its built in vpn.
