"Unboxing and setting up a new old stock Davis Instruments Complete Weather Station from 1997, plus WeatherLink hardware and software for Windows 3.1 PCs! I've always found weather equipment oddly enjoyable, but logging data on a 486 PC via the serial port? EXTRA FUN."

Fun video to watch. There's definitely overlap between computer fans and WX fans. There may be some subscribers to his channel that show up here.

Quite durable and flexible system really especially as the wireless versions were compatible with the VP1. WeatherLink running today on a latest and greatest Win10 has no issues talking to a WMII, compatibility and interoperability is stuff subscription business models have eradicated
