That's been up since (at least) 2017.  Its zombie self illustrates just how little care IBM gives WU these days.

I hope Weather Underground goes down for good. It's too bad that so many apps use only their data. Every weather service I send to has an app but they only show my data; no forecast and radar to go with it.
